One of the surprises on getting to the field today was the complete destruction of my tents. Monday night it rained and more so the wind got extremely violent and turbulent (it was shoving my van around on the road) it wrapped up and twisted my tents up into a knot or a twisted set of pickup sticks. I was able to salvage and make usable one of them so I at least have some protection from the sun and rain. I had to reinforce a few points on it that broke we will see how long it holds :-) |
