July 31, 2000 - Day 3 of NARAM 2000

We saw the first day of competition today! It turned out to be a very nice day - not a cloud in the sky most of the time. No afternoon storms, but we did get some of the afternoon winds. Nothing bad enough to stop the action, although one of the fire department's tents did take to the sky at one point. Scores will not be posted until they are final, we've been having some issues with the contest software.

• The prep area/tent is a busy place today!
• A rocketeer ready for his Level 1 certification flight. It was a beautiful flight with a PML Excalibur on an H-128. Nice job!
• Egg loft isn't for a couple days - but you can't start getting ready too soon.
